Digital Vehicle Quality (DVQ) Engineer

- The individual is responsible for structuring and maintaining accurate SET structures within the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform. The individual also builds and maintains Configured Digital Vehicle (CDV) models. These models represent a vehicle as a specific, buildable configuration, combining CAD, BOM, and feature option and effectivity data. The role makes sure the digital vehicle accurately reflects released engineering content for programs, builds, and milestones. Also owns the investigation and resolution of DVQ issues, so that digital vehicle data is reliable for downstream users such as design, packaging, manufacturing, and quality.
- Understanding of BOM structures, product configuration, option and effectivity logic, and the engineering release process.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for data quality problems.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication across engineering and cross functional teams.
- Experience with digital vehicle or digital mock-up (DMU) data, or with data quality dashboards and automation.
- Prior experience supporting an OEM vehicle program
