We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and selecting top-notch professionals who align with our company culture and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages or a related field.
- Appreciated a previous internship experience in HR with a focus on recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
