Hiring for Senior Software Engineers | ₹30-55LPA

You'll be a good fit if you have

• Strong command of at least one modern programming language.
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and databases.
• Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive loosely defined problems through to completion.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a habit of owning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship product features across the stack.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and review teammates' code.
• Own services in production, including performance, reliability, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities.
• Partner with product, design, and founders to turn loosely defined problems into shipped solutions.
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions that balance immediate needs with future scale.
• Improve engineering practices, including CI/CD, testing, documentation, and developer tooling.
• For senior candidates, lead projects end to end, mentor engineers, and contribute to hiring.
