Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Non-Technical Project Manager to manage software development projects related to accounting, billing, GST, and ERP solutions at Munim. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure successful project delivery without requiring hands-on coding expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end software project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate frontend, backend, full-stack developers, QA engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable tasks and project plans.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress dashboards.
- Coordinate with product, finance, and business teams for accounting, billing, GST, and ERP requirements.
- Manage project dependencies, scope changes, stakeholder communication, and escalations.
- Coordinate testing, product releases, deployments, and post-launch activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years in a Team Lead or project leadership role.
- Experience managing software development projects in a SaaS or software product-based company.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
- Ability to coordinate React.js, Node.js, and full-stack development teams without hands-on coding.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong project planning, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Min. 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, GST, ERP, or fintech product Industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for project planning, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity, task management, and project reporting.
