- Job Summary* : PNB MetLife is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager, Distribution Maneger.
- Key Responsibilities* :
- Lead and Manage a Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
- Participate in and conduct training and development sessions for new recruits.
- Maintain proper documentation of your new team members.
- Work closely with team members and seniors to implement marketing strategies
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve performance goals
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
