SENIOR ENGINEER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

- Read, interpret, and analyse aerospace engineering drawings with strong understanding of GD&T and aerospace tolerancing practices.
- Perform accurate costing and estimation for aerospace manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal, forging, casting, assembly, and precision components.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and international aerospace standards.
- Carry out CAD modelling, drafting, and configuration studies as required for proposals, feasibility analysis, and value engineering.
- Evaluate and coordinate special aerospace processes such as heat treatment, surface treatment, NDT, coating, and qualification documentation.
- Liaise with aerospace customers, OEMs, and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers for requirement understanding, technical clarifications, and project discussions.
- Support the Business Development team with technical inputs for tenders, RFQs, pricing submissions, and long-term agreements.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare qualification documents including First Article Inspection (FAI – AS9102), process qualification, and support customer and regulatory audits.
