Specialist Manager, Talent Development
Growth & Development is seeking a Specialist Manager, Talent Development to support a US-based team in aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. This role leads learning strategy, program design and delivery, operational planning, and team development to create measurable value for Deloitte’s people and businesses.

- Partner with business stakeholders and peers across regions to define learning and development strategies aligned with business goals, required skills, and multiyear development priorities.
- Lead the design, curation, and delivery of technology-enabled learning solutions spanning live and digital learning, on-the-job experiences, and exposure opportunities.
- Plan and manage end-to-end development programs, including participant registration, facilitator onboarding and retention, train-the-trainer workshops, vendor coordination, and program operations.
- Apply agile, human-centered design methods and data to identify needs, test ideas, measure impact, and improve learning solutions.
- Manage learning budgets and financial forecasts, identify operational efficiencies, and provide stewardship during vendor negotiations and disputes.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and team knowledge; and foster continuous learning, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

Shift Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including experience managing teams.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define learning and development strategies.
- Experience designing, developing, and reviewing learning interventions using instructional-design techniques, curriculum/program planning, content curation, continuous-learning practices, and artificial intelligence platforms for prompting and iteration.
- Experience managing learning and development programs and projects, including participant administration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer workshops, vendor coordination, and program operations.
- Experience using data to identify needs, inform decisions, measure learning impact, and present insights and trends.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasts for learning and development programs.
- Prior professional services experience
- Advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology or related field
