Job Description:
Builds and configures platform capability against approved designs. The highest volume, most commoditised role in the model, and the clearest GCC investment case of any role here. Exposure to SAM Pro scripting and license engine customisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build scripted and flow based ServiceNow configuration against approved designsDevelop Integration Hub spokes
- API integrationsAuthor and maintain ATF test coverage for delivered workParticipate in code/configuration review
- uphold platform hygiene standardsEstimate and commit to backlog items in sprint planningSupport defect triage and resolution within the squadContribute to technical documentation for delivered featuresConfigure
- script SAM Pro license engine customisationsBuild
- maintain reconciliation logic between SAM Pro and CMDBSupport audit readiness data checks under architect direction
- Strong Glide API scripting ability
- Flow Designer and Integration Hub experience
- App Engine Studio familiarity
- ATF test authoring experience
- Comfortable working to a defined technical design and coding standard
- Enterprise ServiceNow delivery experience (not sandbox/training-only)
- SAM Pro scripting exposure
- Basic comfort reading software licensing terms
Prior involvement in a license reconciliation or true up exercise
