We are seeking an experienced Lead React JS Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance web



applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Redux, REST APIs,



and Git, along with proven experience leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and ensuring delivery of



modern, responsive user interfaces.

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript
  
  frameworks.
  
• Design and build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into
  
  technical solutions.
  
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  
• Implement state management solutions using Redux and related libraries.
  
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.
  
• Manage source code repositories and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD practices.
  
• Drive best practices in frontend architecture, testing, security, and accessibility.

• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  
• Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Redux, and REST APIs.
  
• Hands-on experience with Git version control systems.
  
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and frontend design patterns.
  
• Experience in developing scalable and responsive web applications.
  
• Knowledge of API integration, authentication mechanisms, and data handling.
  
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
