Technology Delivery Manager – Banking & Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern large banking technology programs and delivery portfolios.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives across digital, cloud, and AI domains.
• Manage client relationships, executive governance forums, and delivery excellence.
• Ensure program profitability, operational efficiency, and successful business outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programs.

Mandatory Experience

• 18+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership.
• Strong Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience managing large programs and portfolios with 200+ team members.
• Strong technology background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience leading digital transformation, cloud transformation, modernization, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive governance forums.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margins, portfolio financials, and delivery governance.
