Manager/Assistant Manager – Leadership Academy

KPMG India

Job Description

KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform (KGSDP) is hiring a Manager – Leadership Academy to design, execute, and manage leadership learning journeys and programs, working closely with empaneled external vendors and internal stakeholders. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, owning program execution end-to-end while contributing to the broader leadership development strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs/learning journeys for identified talent segments (first-time managers, high potentials, senior leaders).
  • Coordinate with empaneled vendors — facilitators, coaches, content/platform providers — for program scoping, scheduling, logistics, and delivery quality.
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycle: pre-program communication, nominations, logistics/scheduling, facilitator coordination, participant engagement, feedback collection, and post-program reporting.
  • Support training needs analysis and competency mapping to identify leadership capability gaps.
  • Track program budgets, vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to procurement/vendor empanelment processes.
  • Maintain program documentation, calendars, MIS/dashboards, and evaluation reports (Kirkpatrick-level feedback, participant satisfaction, business impact where applicable).
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure programs are contextualized and aligned to business priorities.
  • Support LMS/LXP-based rollout, content uploads, and digital learning journey administration.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, new program formats (blended/virtual/in-person), and vendor innovation.
  • Assist the team in vendor evaluation, RFP processes, and empanelment reviews.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized B-School.
  • Additional certifications in L&D, instructional design, or facilitation are a plus.

Work Experience

  • 12-13 years (Manager) and 9-12 years (Assistant Manager) of experience in HR/Learning & Development, with a clear focus on leadership development program management.
  • Experience in a Big 4 or large GCC environment handling a similar leadership development/L&D role is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with external empaneled vendors (facilitators, coaches, content providers) coordination, scheduling, and quality tracking.
  • Strong program/project management skills — able to independently manage multiple concurrent learning journeys.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning reporting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across time zones with global teams.
