- Monitoring of Day-to-Day Activities which includes vessel/rail/road operations and ensure targets and deadlines are effectively met.
- Daily planning and analysis of activities in berthing meeting.
- Analyze daily, weekly, monthly productivity parameters for improvement.
- Achievement of optimum productivities and reliability of service to customers.
- Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of NSPT Legal / statutory and operational requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement.
- Contributing for the meeting of Business targets and objections.
- Supervise and manage the terminal supervisory group into an efficient and effective team.
- Liaise with inter departments for proper service from ‘supporting’ departments.
- Goal / Target setting for all planning and operations staff.
- Trend setting and analysis of operational parameters.
- Devising and development of operational procedures and reports.
- Contractor management
- Operational Budget allocation
- Lean and Kaizen Projects
- Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
- Berthing and Un-berthing timelines are met.
