- Must have a thorough domain knowledge of boiler pressure parts
- Able to plan in advance for resources, manpower, tools and tackles, project material etc. in line with the erection schedule
- Should be thoroughly aware of the erection sequence of pressure parts and the timeline for each activity
- Must have sound knowledge of welding techniques prevalent in pressure parts welding
- Should be well versed with various alignment procedures of pressure parts
- Must be able to think differently when encountered with demanding situations
- Should be completely dedicated towards safety in his workplace adhering by Zero tolerance
- Should be aware of the basic quality checks to be conducted during executing the job keeping the process awareness in place
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills to help get the best out of the workforce as per requirement
