We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bio Bank Scientist In-Charge to oversee the establishment and day-to-day operations of the BioBank at AIG Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the establishment and daily operations of the Bio Bank.
Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, protocols and quality standards.
Manage clinical sample collection, processing, storage and retrieval.
Ensure sample integrity, data security and regulatory compliance.
Train and supervise laboratory support staff.
Coordinate with clinicians and researchers for collaborative research studies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or a relevant discipline.
1–4 years of relevant research or laboratory experience.
Knowledge of biological sample handling, processing and preservation.
Experience in laboratory protocols, SOPs and quality management.
Exposure to molecular biology, cell culture or tissue culture techniques.
