Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineering Lead with extensive experience in .NET technologies and Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills to drive project success and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with business goals.
• Utilize .NET frameworks and GenAI technologies to guide project development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and project management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.) is a deal breaker.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects, particularly in the .NET ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on .NET and GenAI technologies.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
