- Job Title:** Recruiter forsourcing candidates for India based roles.
We are an IT staffing and consulting firm. We place engineers, architects, and program managers with enterprise clients in BFSI, insurance, and technology. You'll own sourcing and screening for our India-based openings, from a new requirement all the way to a candidate who has joined.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.
- Screen résumés against the JD and run first-round calls to check skills, notice period, current CTC and expected CTC, and location fit.
- Send shortlisted candidates our online skills assessment (SkoreCheck) and follow up until they finish it.
- Submit strong candidates to hiring managers with a short, clear write-up.
- Keep the pipeline moving: schedule interviews, collect feedback, and chase candidates who go quiet on WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Keep every candidate's status, notes, and next steps current in our ATS.
- Manage offers and follow through to joining, so drop-offs during the notice period stay low.
- Hit weekly targets for submissions, interviews, and joinings.
- 0–2 years in recruitment, ideally IT or tech hiring. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Working knowledge of tech roles such as Java, Data, Cloud, QA, and DevOps, or a quick learner who can pick them up.
- Comfortable with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter searches, including Boolean search.
- Excellent spoken and written English. Hindi or a regional language is a plus.
- Organized and persistent, and you follow through without being reminded.
- A graduate in any discipline. An MBA in HR is a plus.
- Experience with notice-period and buyout negotiations.
- Comfortable using AI tools to screen and source candidates.
