Accountabilities:

1. Product Strategy and Lifecycle Ownership

  • Support country and regional product launches by coordinating process change, readiness, communication, training, and adoption activities.

  • Act as the day-to-day product partner for business stakeholders, connecting long-term strategy with timely and pragmatic delivery decisions.

3. Business Case, Value Realisation and Adoption

  • Develop and maintain business cases for new capabilities and major enhancements, defining expected value, investment needs, assumptions, risks, and success measures.

  • Prioritize investments based on strategic fit, customer value, commercial impact, delivery feasibility, total cost, and reuse potential across markets.

  • Own value-realisation plans and track product adoption, benefits, ROI, and operating performance with Finance, Commercial, and Analytics partners.

  • Use performance data and customer feedback to identify adoption barriers, recommend corrective actions, and inform future roadmap decisions.

4. Stakeholder, Team and Delivery Leadership

  • Build effective relationships with Country Digital Leads, Commercial Directors, functional leaders, global product owners, IT teams, vendors, and delivery partners.

  • Lead or coordinate 2–3 Business Analysts or product team members as assigned, setting clear objectives, responsibilities, development priorities, and quality expectations.

  • Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Agronomy, Data, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Security to resolve dependencies and unblock delivery.

  • Guide agile or squad-based delivery by maintaining a clear backlog, making timely trade-offs, and ensuring acceptance criteria reflect business and user needs.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, risks, decisions, and results to regional and country stakeholders using concise evidence-based narratives.

5. Governance, Platforms and Performance

  • Define and monitor product KPIs covering customer experience, adoption, process performance, commercial value, reliability, and cost.

  • Apply product governance, investment, architecture, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.

  • Coordinate implementation and integration with relevant commercial platforms, which may include Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, DTP, Lynx, Cropwise, analytics, and content or commerce platforms.

  • Maintain product health and delivery reporting, escalating material risks early and driving continuous improvement based on evidence.
