Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Security Engineer to lead the

design, engineering, and advancement of the organization's enterprise data protection capabilities.

Based in Bangalore, India, this role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for protecting

Ralph Lauren's most critical information assets across global retail, digital commerce, corporate,

supply chain, manufacturing, and cloud environments.

As a member of the Global Cybersecurity Engineering team, you will architect, implement, and

operationalize modern data security solutions that protect customer, employee, financial,

merchandising, product development, and intellectual property data. You will partner with global

technology teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to integrate security into cloud

transformation, AI adoption, digital commerce, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

This role requires deep security engineering expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion

for building scalable security solutions that enable business growth while reducing risk.

Lead Enterprise Data Protection Engineering

Serve as the technical lead for enterprise data protection solutions and initiatives.
Design, implement, and optimize data-centric security controls across cloud, SaaS, and on

premises environments.

Develop security standards, engineering patterns, and implementation guidance for data

protection technologies.

Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to

secure sensitive business information.

Drive security-by-design principles across strategic technology programs.

Translate complex security risks into actionable technical recommendations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology,

or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Experience

8+ years of cybersecurity, security engineering, or information protection experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise data security technologies.
Experience designing and deploying Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Information Protection

solutions.

Strong experience securing cloud-first environments.
Experience supporting global enterprise environments across multiple regions.
Experience working with distributed teams supporting 24x7 operations.
