What You'll Do

• Manage customer software purchases and renewals end to end, driving cost savings and faster turnaround
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and renewals with leading global SaaS vendors
• Build strong relationships with SaaS Account Executives and vendor partners
• Use data and benchmarking to find savings opportunities
• Work with CXOs, finance and procurement leaders to understand their needs
• Keep customers updated with clear, timely communication throughout every request

Who This Role Is For

You have 1–3 years in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, support, onboarding, operations or SaaS sales. You're ready to step into procurement and negotiation. No procurement experience is needed: as an Associate, you'll learn from our experienced buyers on live deals and grow into a Consultant role.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort with numbers, pricing and data
• High ownership and attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Bonus: exposure to SaaS, startups, or working with US/global customers

Work Setup

• Hybrid: work from our Chennai office every Monday and from home the rest of the week
• Shift: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am IST, to work in real time with our North America customers
