Job Description
- Oversee daily quality control operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures for food production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Analyze quality data and provide detailed reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor quality control team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality control processes is maintained accurately and up to date.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of raw materials.
