- Production planning and target achievement.
- Quality control and defect prevention as per standards.
- MIP management as per approved plan and shifts.
- MIC jig and tooling management and utilization.
- Handling abnormalities independently and following up.
- Continuous improvement, Kaizen, and productivity enhancement.
- Robot programming and Panasonic robot teaching.
- Jig fixture components and prevention/maintenance.
- Panasonic robot trouble shooting and productivity improvement.
- Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding fundamentals.
- Knowledge of battery welding, related areas, and station operations.
- Knowledge of production documents and audit point evaluations.
