Operational Driver

Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Coordinator, the operational driver is to assist SICPA to fulfil their mission and support operations and logistical work.

Key Responsabilities

• Drive vehicle for official business and travel, or as requested by Representative
• Maintain high standard of service • Ensure punctuality and safe transport
• Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards
• Aid the operation team in the time working at the office
• Responsible of the driven vehicle and watch over the good maintenance of it risks and address operational concerns before they impact service delivery.

Profile

• Driving License is Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as driver with good driving record
• Experience with driving to remote locations on project field trips and driving off the road in difficult conditions
• Fluent in local language and good notion of English

• Willing to work long and irregular hours, shift duty and on public holidays as required
• Demonstrated ownership of responsibilities
• Organized and efficient
