Job Description (Posting).

Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrate deep engineering and development expertise on Microsoft Azure PAAS, FAAS and IAAS stack of services on multiple Consulting and Delivery engagements Ability to quickly identify customer requirements to specific Azure Services or Azure Platform and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics on Azure platform and services Evangelize and implement the concepts of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, BICEP and Terraform Design and implement complex and secure custom Azure policy using JSON Create automated workflow using Azure Devops, Logic Apps, Azure Functions and PowerShell Ability to create solutions using Azure Automation Requirements: 2+ years of experience as an Azure Developer Designing and Implementing Microsoft Devops Solutions Certified (AZ-400) PowerShell, ARM, BICEP, TERRAFORM Proficient is using Azure Devops, Azure Pipelines, Azure Artifacts, Azure Test Plans, Azure Boards. Knowledge of YAML/JSON Ability to create Kusto queries (KQL) Hands-On Knowledge of ARM, BICEP, Terraform Use of configuration management tools like Ansible in Azure Experience is using Azure Automation to create solutions Extensive hands-on experience on JSON and creating of ARM templates and Azure Policy Proficient in Azure PaaS and Kubernetes (AKS) / Azure Container registry (ACR) Functional knowledge of Azure IaaS services Experience in Logic Apps, Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting preferable Ability to learn new technology in a fast-paced environment Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
