Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and troubleshooting for AWS Administration and Microsoft Windows Server Administration. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS Administration and Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions provided.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must
To Have Skills: Experience in AWS Administration.
- Good
To Have Skills: Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.
