. Responsible for delivering the targeted numbers both in terms of Volume as well as Value
. Maintaining Financial Hygiene
. Handling a team of ASE's & SE's/ motivating them & guiding them
. To ensure that Shipments are well supported by depletions & tertiaries
. To be on top of the Market information & keep the organization updated.
. Identifying potential customers & developing business opportunities
. To ensure that he himself & his team follows the GTM norms.
. Building a healthy relationship in the market
