The company maintains biggest Steel Yards and hold a high level of inventory of Special Steels from the worlds leading manufacturers such as DEW, Thyssen Krupp - Germany, Vitkovice - Czech Republic, Somers Forge England ,Villares Metals - Brazil etc.

Roles & Responsibilities
- ) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- ) Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
- ) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals ,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.
- ) Managing the whole sales operation process .
- ) Maintaining CRM /ERP database.
- ) Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- ) Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .
- ) Solve and handle team queries and problems.
