SAP ABAP Developer - #963052

SAP ABAP Developer is to support SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in SAP ABAP development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities further involve customizing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP applications to meet our organization's business needs.

1)Custom Development: Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows to meet business requirements.

2)Data Manipulation: Creating and modifying data objects like database tables, views, and data structures to store and retrieve information.

3)User Interface Development: Building user-friendly interfaces using technologies like SAP Screen Painter, SAP Screen Personas, or Web Dynpro for ABAP.

4)Integration: Integrating SAP systems with other third-party applications or external systems using technologies like RFC, IDoc, ALE, and Web Services.

5)Report Generation: Developing and maintaining various reports, including ALV (ABAP List Viewer) and SAP Query reports.

6)Enhancements and Modifications: Implementing user exits, Business Add-Ins (BAdIs), and enhancements to enhance the standard SAP functionality without modifying the core code.

7)SAP Enhancements and Modifications: Implementing user exits, Business Add-Ins (BAdIs), and enhancements to enhance the standard SAP functionality without modifying the core code.

8)Web Services: Developing and consuming web services within the SAP environment to enable communication with external systems. Data Migration: Developing data migration programs to facilitate data transfer between systems during SAP implementations or upgrades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including ABAP Objects.

Experience with SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, CO, and HR is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP Cloud Platform is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of SAP best practices and development standards.

SAP certification is a plus but not required.
