We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer proficient in Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building mobile applications with Flutter and a strong understanding of frontend development principles.

Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile applications using Flutter framework.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement UI/UX designs.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
- Strong understanding of mobile app design principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing software development projects from conception to delivery as a Team Lead.
- Direct Hire on the Fugumobile Payroll
- Leave Policy: 18 paid leaves in a year & 12 festival leaves.
- In Office Role – 6 days working – 5 days WFO and Saturday – WFH
- Working Time: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm IST
