We're seeking a dynamic individual brimming with energy and enthusiasm to generate leads and engage with clients at सादा / SAADAA for the Store Manager position.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Sales Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed store sales targets and profitability goals.
• Motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales growth.
• Analyzing store sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
• Team Management:
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team that embodies Saadaa's values and culture.
• Conduct effective coaching and performance reviews to ensure team members are well-trained and meeting expectations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Store Operations:
• Implementing an ERP system to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Manage store schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet customer needs.
• Customer Engagement Specialist:
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Implementing CRM to optimize interactions and personalize the customer experience.
• Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and meet designated sales targets.
  
  

WHO YOU ARE?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, and Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales management.
• Prior experience in training personal shoppers, driving sales, motivating staff, and building high-performing teams.
• Proficient in managing stock levels and preventing losses.
• Provides exceptional customer service and fosters a positive experience.
  
  

Well-Rounded Skills: Strong communicator, leader, and problem-solver with technical skills (MS Office amp; retail software)
