Job Description

  • Set clear sales goals and targets as per company terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and handle any escalated issues or concerns.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM and other departments to execute sales campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal requirements, licensing regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the team's effectiveness.

Job Specification

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
