Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Scrum Master
In this role, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile development team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process and guiding the team to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities
. Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
. Team Empowerment: Encourage self-organization and motivate the team to continuously improve their processes and performance.
. Impediment Resolution: Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team%27s progress and escalate issues when necessary.
. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners, stakeholders, and other teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
. Agile Principles: Ensure the team understands and follows Agile principles, values, and practices.
. Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other relevant Agile metrics.
. Project Management: Assist in project planning, monitoring, and risk management.
. Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Bachelor%27s or Master%27s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Proven work experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.

. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is desirable.

. Excellent knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP).

. Strong leadership and facilitation skills to guide the team and resolve conflicts effectively.

. Experience in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) for planning and tracking.

. Ability to adapt Agile practices to the team%27s needs and project requirements.

. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address challenges and foster a positive team environment.

. Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to understand technical aspects of the projects.

. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Agile industry trends and best practices.
