Job Description
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for formulating a product marketing strategy and enabling sales-readiness. You are expected to lead marketing communication, PR, and sales management. You are also responsible for converting technical positioning into key market messages and launching our products into the market. You will have to develop strategic marketing plans for our products through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
You will be responsible for creating new product features and functionality in partnership with engineering, developing product messaging and customer-facing content for brochures, web pages, FAQs, demos, byline articles, blogs, etc.
As a leading IT services provider, we are looking for somebody with more than 2 years of experience to join our Panchkula office.

Roles and Responsibilities
Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should be able to establish an effective interface with Customer Support, Business Operation, Business Development (M&A), Channel Management, Channel Partners, and Direct Customers.
Should have excellent communication skills and be available for the development, launch, operation, and expansion of products.
Must possess strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, and organizational abilities.
Should be able to create and drive marketing plans that generate awareness and demand for products.
Must be able to analyze and optimize various marketing channels such as Digital Marketing, (SEO/SEM, Display, Affiliates, social media), Direct Marketing (Email, Direct Mail), website properties, and marketing automation tools (Marketo/Eloqua).
Develop marketing plans, strategies, and tactics with detailed action plans for inbound, email, blog, web pages, social media, etc.
Provide product and marketing insights and manage content marketing (off-page as well as on-page blogs, content around campaigns, events, etc.).
Must hold experience in managing social media promotion, message, branding.
Should be able to plan and manage email marketing campaigns.
Must ensure MAL/MQL demand generation.
Should be able to develop marketing collateral doc/drive to support the selling process and maintain collateral docs.
