The LDT team drives the transformation agenda for G and its clients by leading the interplay of Data Analytics, Digital, and Lean Six Sigma. We fuse Lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes, bring end-to-end process linkage, reimagine businesses with digital solutions and predict problems before they occur by embedding Analytics into operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive communication and change management strategy for the function that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate for this position requires strong expertise in communications, excellent storytelling skills, and proficiency in using MS Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

.Employee and leadership communication, corporate storytelling, and channel management

.Write, edit, and approve content for internal communications, including leadership messages.

.Work with Account Managers and design team to build and deliver all communication collateral including newsletters, employee mailers, and intranet.

.Responsible for balancing content and content distribution

.Build insightful and exciting internal communication content.

.Plan and own the design, content, and production, distribution of all internal communications.

.Program manages the Adoption Framework for all UIOP tools in Genpact, build and execute on adoption strategy for tools, undertake change management activities including dashboarding and reporting on critical metrics and work with multiple leaders and teams to drive adoption!

.Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready.

.Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications:

.Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital

.Relevant years of experience in working with relevant function in growing organizations

Preferred qualifications

.Bachelor&rsquos degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.

.Prior program management skills with exposure to crafting internal communications, employee engagement content and organizational change strategies.

.Has a good understanding of communication practices and techniques

.Excellent and flexible writing skills

.Excellent business understanding and grasp of company strategy, priorities, and messaging.

.Ability to translate business priorities and messages to employees in an inspiring and engaging manner.

.Experience in streamlining processes.

.Able to program manage and design workflow for content creation and distribution.

.Experience in working with communication and collaboration platforms such as MS Teams, SharePoint

.Good Knowledge of advanced Excel and Power point required.
