Inviting applications for the role Senior Manager- IT Sourcing
The role holder will be expected to manage IT assigned sub-categories spending for Genpact&rsquos Global requirements. This position will directly work on the critical & enterprise level sourcing transactions to ensure Genpact gets the best in terms of products & services establishing fair value in every deal. This position shall by default apply the principles of discipline, work ethics, compliance & effective relationship management in daily routine.

Responsibilities
. Track and manage IT renewals across sub-categories including hardware, software, application, and services.
. Understand and apply standard procurement principles.
. Be able to work to deadlines and contracted KPIs - focus on quick turnaround and savings.
. Respond to Internal clients and stakeholders requests for quotation within given SLAs.
. Be confident negotiating price, payment terms, contractual terms, delivery timescales etc. to achieve targets and increase savings for our customers.
. Evaluate supplier price, quality, and delivery performance.
. Onboard new suppliers and maintain existing supplier records.
. Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships through effective communications.
. Prepare and implement appropriate forms of contract commitment with suppliers, engaging legal counsel and senior management when required.
. Stay current and up to date on market changes that may affect the supply and demand of products/services. Communicate this effectively to relevant stakeholders.
. Attend meetings and update other colleagues on issues or concerns to share best practice and define processes.
. Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement.
. Able to handle create, present, and manage exec reviews.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Relevant years of experience in the IT industry in roles including, but not limited to, sourcing, buying and supply chain management.
. Experience in negotiating, managing & reviewing various commercial contracts & renewals.
. Must be able to demonstrate working to tight deadlines and independently.
. Able to lead work and interact with suppliers and customers based in different countries/regions across the globe.
. Have managed mid to large value enterprise level contracts independently.
. Exposure to AI/ML, Data Tech & handling Big 4s & beyond Big 4s will be an added advantage.
. Analytical skills in evaluating supplier terms, comparing prices, and benchmarking data.
. Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers.
. Able to run various RFx efforts depending upon the business requirement, not just restricted to email, however using online tools like Ariba.
. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Oracle, Workday, SAP and Ariba desirable.
. Deep domain understanding & able to create spend landscapes, strategic sourcing storytelling and decipher various P2P reports.
. Well versed with the overall process of strategic sourcing, compliance, and legal aspects of working in a number sensitive environment.

. Ability to lead a team of diverse skill set professionals (when required either in a line management role or as part of a matrix team)
. Oral and written proficiency in English (additional languages are preferred)
. Degree or equivalent professional qualification within Business Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain management (would preferred)
