KD is hiring trainees for their better career development and has a culture where everyone can learn.
You will be assigned to a trainer with 7+ years of experience in the domain.
Our Training Policy Is As Below
We will provide you with training for three/six months (based on the role), which is a minimum, and based on your performance after three/six months; we will offer you the job for the same. During the training, you will learn all the required skills, and we will give you tests and live projects/tasks/trials. You will have weekly tests and presentations to polish your skills over a period of time. You will get 12 reviews and feedback every week for your performance. You will know your improvement areas every week.
We deal with international clients, so we follow the best industry practices, and we don’t compromise on quality or training. You need to be smart, available all the time to learn, and finish your training at an advanced level.
You will need to follow 1.5 years of the bond after training.
So initially, you will be on probation for seven days, during which we will give you tasks and basic training in the IT sector. If you’re good enough to catch up on everything very quickly, we will continue you as a trainee. If your output for the first seven days is not satisfactory, we won’t waste your and our time.
