To deliver on our next stage of growth and in line with leading industry practice, we are establishing a more robust Office of the CEO - with an expanded remit focused on scaling our business and delivering growth programs. At Genpact, we are focusing the Office of the CEO on:
.Driving Scale through leading the development of mission-critical infrastructure to support streamlined performance and accelerated decision making. This includes establishing best-in-class standards for how we operate and ensuring executional rigor in adhering to these standards.
.Overseeing funding, execution and enablement of corporate strategic priorities and leading select strategic programs.
.Supporting research and innovation in emerging topic areas, including leverage of new AI-First innovation centers, and playing an active role in shaping Genpact&rsquos thought leadership agenda.
.Driving internal governance and breaking down silos to facilitate coordination and collaboration across the company. The office of the CEO also ensures that the company adheres to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance.
.Serving as an extension of the CEO, representing Genpact internally and externally (clients, partners, and events)
.Facilitating the communication agenda of the CEO, including supporting direct client communications, external media communications and building the CEOs social media profile.
.Enabling administrative support, particularly for Board and GLC interactions.
As part of this team, the Vice President of Innovation and Research is responsible for conducting research and benchmarking on best practices and trends in the industry and the market, as well as providing the CEO and other senior executives with relevant information and intelligence. This role supports Genpact&rsquos innovation agenda, including supporting client activity (and client teams) in Genpact&rsquos AI Innovation centers and working with our client teams to drive and enable innovation on operations floors.
Responsibilities
.Research Initiatives: Lead research efforts to explore emerging technologies and trends relevant to the professional services industry, including technology trends.
.AI Innovation Center Support: Collaborate with clients and internal teams within our AI Innovation Centers to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
.Partnership Development: Working with the Alliances and Partnership organization, cultivate strategic partnerships with technology firms, research institutions, and other stakeholders to support innovation initiatives.
.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to collaborate on an integrated research agenda and drive innovative solutions into client offerings and internal processes.
.Thought Leadership: Work with marketing and practice teams to drive thought leadership initiatives through publications, presentations, and participation in industry events.
.Client Engagement: Support client engagements related to innovation, providing subject matter expertise and strategic guidance.
.Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact and success of innovation initiatives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Demonstration of a critical thinking involving technology and data which is usually represented through a bachelor&rsquos degree in engineering, Business, or related field (master&rsquos degree preferred)
.A proven track record in research, innovation or technology, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is usually represented by a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles.
.Deep understanding of the impact AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies has on business
.Proven track record of leading successful research and innovation projects
.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology trends into business opportunities
.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
.A high level of initiative, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
.A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
