Qualification:

• u2022 Experience in data analysis is a must.

• u2022 Courses with hand on learning in the data/statistical domain would be a huge plus.

Responsibility:

• Basis all the marketing data available, draw out a plan in terms of 360degree analysis approach basis client requirements enabling insights that lead to business decisioning.

• Market Research Undertaking competitor, consumer, brand analysis with both primary and secondary data sources along with 1st,2nd, 3rd party data as applicable.

• Undertake campaign performance analysis across the funnel including, measurement, analysis, and reporting from both KPI/metrics and creative standpoint.

• Analyse the overall brand performance in terms of sales and other tangible metrics across ecommerce/offline and other functions.

• Identify and map customer journeys Basis marketing performance data, provide recommendation to enhance objectives across the funnel and improve customer lifetime value.

• Leading efforts of A/B Testing strategies and basis insights providing recommendations of optimization across channels.

• Thought leadership on the current trends and best practices that enable further value to marketing performance analysis.

• Being the key client stakeholder, strengthening business relationships, interacting with various internal & external stakeholders.

• Lead and mentor marketing analysts to ensure timely delivery ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contributing to efforts of business expansion with newer approach to problem solving.

• People Management.
