Role Overview Description

• As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering key engineering projects for our clients.
• You will lead a small team of developers and work closely with product managers to understand requirements and architect optimal technical solutions.
• Responsibilities include designing and developing software components, mentoring junior developers, ensuring software quality and timely delivery of projects.
  
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable software solutions using best engineering practices
• Lead a team of developers and ensure work is distributed effectively
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure code quality, organization and maintainability through code reviews
• Establish development processes and continuously improve them
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer with at least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring others
• Expert knowledge of C++ and experience building production-grade systems
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems and shell scripting
