We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Agri Input-Output Ecommerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire ecommerce operation related to agricultural inputs and outputs, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, machinery, and produce. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing vendor relationships, optimizing supply chain logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the rapidly evolving landscape of agricultural ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives in the agricultural sector.

Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of agricultural inputs and outputs to ensure a reliable and diverse product offering.

Product Selection and Procurement: Identify market trends, customer preferences, and demand patterns to curate an optimized product catalog. Coordinate with vendors to procure high-quality agricultural inputs and outputs at competitive prices.

Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to maximize revenue and profitability.

Customer Experience Optimization: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships.

Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline supply chain processes, minimize lead times, and optimize inventory management. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and reporting systems to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and derive actionable insights. Use data-driven approaches to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in ecommerce operations. Identify potential risks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to foster their professional growth and achieve departmental objectives.
