Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Product Manager located in Sonipat. As a Product Manager at Workassist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our online recruitment and employment platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining and analyzing key metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Textile, Textile Designing, Textile Technology.

Experience: 1-3 years in Garment manufacturing, Home furnishing, Indian Retail House

Skills: Development, Costing & Pricing, Coordination

JD :

• To understand the requirement from buyers and explain to sampling department. Development of products
• Core member of costing and pricing team.
• To discuss call out with buyers and customers.
• To maintain test records of the products.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in product management and software development
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Ability to understand and translate user needs into product requirements
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
