Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Snowflake Developer!
Responsibilities
. Independently build data analysis around complex business problems from data available in the client owned or accessible systems.
. Understand the business ask/problem, assess the scope, quantity and quality of the available data, prepare and build the ETLs, migrate on-premise (PWC & Oracle) to Snowflake, new development on Snowflake, Python programming and loading data in to DWH and Data Mart for downstream consumption team.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. Snowflake Developer with expertise in python pandas, Snowpark, snowflake-connect, oracledb, mssql
. 9+ years of relevant experience and skilled in - Snowflake DB, with hands on exposure to Cloud environment - preferably AWS and expert in Python
. Very good client handling experience with able to advise for multiple projects.
. Strong in python including libraries for pandas, boto3, snowpark- is must. Good to have on Kafka, Kinesis and Airflow
. Experience in Snow SQL, Fileformats, Snow Pipes, Streams, Views, Procedures, performance tuning, CDC and Dynamic Tables.
. Exposure to Time travel, data movement between Snowflake to other RDBMS and vice versa
. Experienced in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting
. Should have knowledge of Real time or Near real time setups using Kafka with Snowpipe, hybrid tables, transient tables.
. Knowledge on Snowpark and Pyspark is plus.
. Should have knowledge on orchestration, data migration
. Experience in Agile/Scrum based project executions
. Very good SQL expertise in Joins, Analytical functions.
Preferred Skills
. Good to have Cloud knowledge on AWS services like S3, Lambda, Athena or Blob
. Good to have knowledge on Streamlit (using python) and Sigma.
. Able to demonstrate experience with software engineering practices including CI/CD, Automated testing and Performance Engineering.
. Experience with Agile development methodology.
. Good understanding and exposure on any Git, Bamboo, Confluence and Jira.
. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Good to have cloud knowledge either on Aws or Azure like S3, or Blob
. Team player, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
. Candidate should be good in communication and articulation
