Role Overview Description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our growing social media team. As a Social Media Trainee, you will play a vital role in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that will help us achieve our marketing goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok)
• Communicate with the stakeholders involved in the campaigns, from Global and local team. Fundamentally strong in Social Media platform functionality and used cases
• Fair understanding of creating compelling and visually appealing social media content, potentially leveraging AI design tools
• Research and identify trending topics and hashtags relevant to our target audience
• Learning and optimum utilizing the of Generative AI to build social creative.
• Good at story telling, you will own the client account for their end to end Social Media marketing need, including Social media planning, AI supported creative designing and executing their social media requirement.
• Willing to learn paid social and Schedule and publish social media posts
• Monitor social media conversations and engage with our followers
• Analyze social media data and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and technologies, including the potential of AI in content creation
• Assist with other social media-related tasks as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English [ Similar to 65+ score in Versant or 6.5 EILTS rating]
• Bachelor in psychology, Digital Marketing, IT, Computer science, Business Administration or Masters
• 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing (or a demonstrably strong interest in the field)
• Proactive, resourceful, and with a strong work ethic
• 3-6 Months Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputed institutes
• Positive mindset to learn and grow in the age of AI Marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools a plus
