Role Overview Description

• We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team.
• This role will be remote working from India with work timings of 12:00AM to 8:00AM IST.
  
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable by verifying invoices, ensuring accurate coding, and submitting for approval.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis.
• Maintain vendor files and records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Strong bookkeeping skills and proficiency with accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
