NOV M/D Totco is looking for a dynamic Service Administrator professional to support service operations in India. The Job location is for Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The job profile doesn’t require travel.

NOV M/D Totco is looking for a dynamic Service Administrator professional to support service operations in India. The Job location is for Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The job profile doesn’t require travel.
Core Responsibilities
- Incumbent will support service operations and will work very closely with India Service Team.
- Will help India Service steam with operational requirements like Service Quote preparation & submission, Follow up, Follow up on the payment etc.
- Preparation of Vendor POs and follow up
- Vendor invoice processing.
- Service order processing.
- Preparation of Tender documents related to service tenders and contracts.
- Record keeping (Physical or Digital format) of service-related documents.
- Will help service team with mobilization of field service personnels like travel booking etc.
- Monitoring and stock reporting of PPE for field personnels.
- Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies.
- Should possess 3 years of minimum work experience as service administrator and having work experience as per defined above.
- Excellent command over MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Experience working in ERPs like SAP, JD Edwards etc.
- Good command over written and verbal English and should communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an efficient team contributor.
- Progressive learner and self-motivated.
- Aligns to company ethics, policies and values.
