Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our business operations and enhance customer experience. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

· Customize Salesforce applications by configuring workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other declarative features.

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.

· Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications to improve performance, scalability, and usability.

· Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

· Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 6+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

· Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

· Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.

· Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
