Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for our OTT platform, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content creators, engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to define product requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, iterating based on data-driven insights.
• Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviour shifts, leveraging insights to inform product decisions.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, preferably in the digital media or streaming industry.
• Strong understanding of OTT platforms, digital content distribution, and streaming technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for entertainment, media, and technology, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
