Job Role:

. Manage initiatives to drive portfolio parameters, primary banking, digital adoption

. Manage and work Relationship Model

. Understanding and Tracking Market Trends and Competition Monitoring

. Ability to innovate across and coordinate across product lines

. Driving Product Campaigns basis customer/channel insights and analytics.

. Conceptualize and Execute Reward and recognition program.

. Customer on boarding and experience

. Work across distribution platforms (including Digital) to improve channel and customer value

. Understanding Data Trends and MIS.

. Driving the channel for xsell and business initiatives

. Marketing & training coordination & calendar

. Campaign mgmt. & MIS

. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
