Job Description (Posting).

An automation Lead/Consultant is typically a member of an IT team that is responsible for aligning automation processes, tools, and strategies with business goals. Automation Lead will work with department heads, stakeholders, and IT teams to enforce best practices, standardize compliance, and optimize automated processes.

Responsibilities:

5+ years hands on experience working with Scripting languages PowerShell, Python and Bash/Shell Scripting.

5+ years hands on experience on orchestrator tool - Ansible, vRO, MsScorch, etc.

Implement best practices for version control and documentation of Automation use cases.

Cloud Automation (AWS, AZURE, GCP), Hybrid cloud experience.

Good hands-on IAC Automation

Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline using tools like Git/Jenkins and Agile methodologies

Experience working with large distributed systems.

Manage and maintain Automation Platform

Manage and maintain the lifecycle of Automation End-to-End.

Produce quality code that is efficient, secure, supportable, and consistent.

Establish and sphere-head application/domain specific Automation Workflows, Hyper Automation.

Assess emerging technologies, making requirement-based recommendations.

Partner with other Leads to ensure Automation platform meets best practices.

10+ years experience in Automation

Education Qualification: BE/ B.TECH/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ MS/ M.Tech in CS or IT (1.) Participate in preparation of To-be solution (2.) Demonstrate technical leadership, Apply in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain multiple technology areas (3.) Direct the team to develop RPA solution as per the design to provide all documented requirements, Provide guidance to development leads to complete their assigned project modules (4.) Perform technical review of the solution developed and complete code to implement solutions (5.) To review all unit tests conducted
