As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. You would be responsible for identifying and researching target companies, industries, and decision-makers to develop a pipeline of potential clients to generate additional sales revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include engaging with customers and advocating for the client's products and services. You'll become equipped with in-depth product knowledge to deliver compelling presentations and represent our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism that will leave a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

  • Customer Communication:

○ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products or services.

○ Assist in managing customer accounts, fostering positive relationships, and addressing concerns.

  • Data Management:

○ Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.

○ Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Sales Coordination:

○ Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, presentations, and events.

○ Organize and attend sales meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation.

  • Product Knowledge:

○ Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

○ Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to better serve customers.

  • Problem Resolution:

○ Address customer issues promptly, collaborating with the relevant teams for solutions.

○ Work with the sales team to resolve internal issues affecting customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Support Tools:

○ Familiarize yourself with sales support tools and technologies, includingCRM systems and communication platforms.

○ Utilize these tools to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.

  • Collaboration with Other Departments:

○ Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.

○ Facilitate cross-departmental communication for a holistic approach to customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-sell & Upsell:

○ Focus on customer retention through successful renewals.

○ Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on consumer needs.

  • Administrative Support:

○ Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.

○ Manage and organize sales documentation and contracts, handling routine administrative tasks.
