Job Responsibilities
Perform all phases of network engineering including requirements analysis, network design, and implementation
Work with Project Management/Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items
Document your designs for future deployment and support
Participate in an Agile/Kanban/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality product releases
Design innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
Review designs and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance
Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required
Engineering in a complex environment including load-balancing, switching, wireless, and routing all the way from edge switches to datacenter core
Develop reusable designs and encourage innovation that will enable team velocity
Explore emerging technologies
Provide effective engineering by demonstrating ownership and accountability for all assigned tasks and projects
Define, document and adhere to technical and operational standards
Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)
Ensure all tasks are completed with high quality and timely execution
Strive for best in class teamwork by regularly stretching and consistently measuring execution to a high-bar
Provide technical leadership to peers and junior personnel within Infrastructure Engineering
Provide forward thinking and be agile in adopting new technologies to meet evolving business requirements
Provide peer reviews to deployment engineers to ensure design compliance
Support Critical Incidents/Changes over the on-call week

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have 10+ years of Cisco routing and switching experience, along with Cisco Data Center experience and hands-on experience working with Cisco ACI technologies. Should have worked on IAC Python, Ansible and JSON wrest. The individual should also be eager and capable of learning other technologies.

Extensive technical and enterprise design experience with network technical concepts, devices and platforms:
(10+) years of experience designing, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting:
o Cisco ACI, for Software defined network
o Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP and OSPF)
o Cisco Routers QoS,
o Cisco Switches Nexus 5K, 7K & 9k
o Cisco Catalyst and Workgroup switches network.
